Went to this store three times for fitment, suit pick up and drop off. Every time, the staff members were extremely unfriendly, rude, and not helpful at all. My suit came in the wrong size as well. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere until they figure their unpleasant staff issue out

Went to this store to buy 4 custom shirts and 2 custom suits. Was treated like garbage by the short bald guy. Loyal customer for years. I will never buy from Jos Bank again. This guy should be fired. What a disaster.

Great quality clothing but service is a real hit and miss here. Sometimes you'll get great service, other times they are so snooty that they can't be bothered to welcome you in, ask you if you need help, nor thank you for your purchase. Sheesh!

Entered the store and was immediately eyeballed and not spoken to by a bald man playing on an iPad in a very nice outfit. My boyfriend (who is very tall and has a unique shape) and I managed to find our wAy to the back where we found some shirts that fit him with no help whatsoever from the staff. I even asked the man working there for some direction and he just told me that the size I wanted was not normal so it would not be easy to find. I told him a few other sizes like 3xlt or 2xlt that may work but he just basically said the shirts were organized by size and walked away. It wasnt until we were leaving that a woman who worked there said i would find what i needed at a store in Roseville. But all in all very snobby staff. The stars are for the shirts being $4.99 but we found them all by ourselves while being watched by the staff. It was belittling and we will never be in that store again. I’ll stick to online. What a bad experience!!

Stopped in for some sport coats and pants for my son, nobody in the store even acknowledged us!!! All of their staff ( I believe was 3 of them ) all helping 1 customer in the back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF! we just left

I've already emailed the details of my experience to your "Jos A Banks Listens" email address that is posted on so many reviews before me. If your company is truly listening, someone should spend a week or two in this store just listening to staff interactions with customers. It was a shockingly demeaning experience and I will recommend anyone looking for menswear to go anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service... I suggest reading reviews before me.Experience: The actual facts of my experience are less material than the way the employees approached the problem. They showed no interest or signs of interest in my patronage. They offered no apologies or sympathy at the slightest sign of conflict which I was approaching politely. They are just ill equipped and ill trained to communicate with customers.It's just a poorly run retail sales environment and if you are looking for simple amenities like:* Scheduling an appointment and expecting that an appointment actually means something or serves a purpose* Acknowledgment that a customer has entered the building* Acknowledgement when you make eye contact and try to ask a question* A generally pro-customer sentiment when you actually do have the opportunity to speak with someoneWell... I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Incredibly poor service for the price that you pay. I would sooner drop out of a wedding than ever have to interact with with this company or location. I would go into details, but just leave it up to your imagination.

Was immediately greeted by staff who were friendly and courteous. When I announced what I was looking for, staff freely admitted that they did not have these things in store, BUT that they could fit me with a custom built suit. Erik was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be picking up my suit in a couple of weeks but the overall buying experience so far has been superb.
