We try to use the app to clip coupons. Both my husband and I have had clipped coupons not work in the last week. We both showed the coupon to the cashier and they would not give us the discount, despite the applicability of the coupons. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but why have an app with coupons if it won't work on a regular basis? And why not train cashiers to just give the applicable discount if a customer has tried to use the app? This issue is just annoying enough to make us avoid Jerry's if we can help it.

Just left Jerry’s and had to share the sub par performance of employees. Busy place with the snowstorm just getting geared up. Got in line and person ahead of us already had unloaded her cart onto the belt and we waited behind her. The cashier without a word turned off her light and walked away! Got in another line and the bagger loaded our groceries into someone else's cart while we paid. We had to chase down the customer with our groceries and get it sorted out ourselves. Bagger walked away without a word!Get these people some training to compensate for their lack of sense.

Jerry's is a fantastic store. So clean, well organized, and has a lot of options.Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going to return to this wonderful store.

I stopped by this Jerry foods, and was very impressed at the immense selection that they had for everything, including fresh produce, cheeses, deli meats, and other organic items. Adjacent to the wine and spirits is a small dining area where I saw two friends sitting by a fireplace in gabbing. Will definitely come back again. Love the small cute succulent plants too

Their selections are great, but their deli is really careless. I've had to fish plastic wrapping out of the sliced meats and cheeses multiple times from them. It wasn't even busy when I had this problem the most recent time. Just sloppy.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich waited 10-15 mins to get a sandwich with 2 super tiny pieces of chicken that were very dry.

I've never been to Jerry's Foods, but... they have excellent shoppers via Instacart. I'm guessing they are in the space that Kmart used to occupy, but then again, it's not important. What is important is the way they keep things stocked, and will accommodate folks like me who can't or don't shop in public. Thank you. ???
