Nothing against the employees, but I am very dissatisfied with JH this year!!! They should pull all of their refund advance commercials off the air. I've been waiting for NINE DAYS!!!!! It's false advertising. There's not even any disclaimer in the commercial that there's a 1-5 day wait this year. But it' more like ten days!!!! Very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
