I went back to home furniture, let me tell you why ..... For starters the selection is wonderful and so are the people. But there is this one person that we've dealt with several times, his name is Aaron Burg. This man has gone above and beyond any Expectations, one person would expect from another. If you are in the area and need furniture, home furniture is my recommendation. Ask for Aaron Burg. He will take great care of you. I give him five stars.

Aaron was super helpful with our patio furniture shopping. We were browsing new furniture and told him about the problem that we had with our existing furniture, originally purchased from Seasonal Concepts. He told us that there was an option to purchase new decking to replace the sagging straps in our patio sofa and chairs. We did not even realize that this was an option.We were happy to hear it, since we had our cushions recovered a few years ago and the wicker frame is still in great shape. This will buy us a few more years with our existing furniture. We appreciate his expertise and the fact that he provided this option, instead of pressure for us to buy something new.Aaron has also been providing us with email updates about when our items will be ready for pick-up, as well as tips for care.

The sales person, Robert was great to work with. Friendly, helpful and thorough in helping me finding the coffee table I wanted. The warehouse guys were absolutely great, went the extra mile to satisfy us in examining our purchase before we took it home. They loaded us up quickly and efficiently...also very friendly. So far we are very satisfied with our purchase. It would have been helpful in advance to know that the warehouse for furniture pick up is only open 2 days/week. Fortunately we came on the right day.

If we could give Sydney 10 stars, we would. If you do visit the Oakdale, HOM furniture store, look for Sydney ??? she is very knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions. She’s been in the business for several years and is an interior designer. Our next visit, we’ll be looking for Sydney.
