My husband and I spent an hour in there going over all the different possibilities! Wide range of crafts to either start from scratch, start with a kit or just buy the finished product. New favorite place!

Was a little disappointed that its advertised jewelry making items is 50% off but it didn’t cover all of it. So where I thought I was only spending $50 I ended up leaving with spending over $100. I also wish that they would have a rewards program considering how much I’ve spent there these past couple weeks. Otherwise, employees are very kind. It’s a clean environment and I’m happy with the items I’ve purchased.

The manager and another employee just watched as the check out line yesterday may 11 2024 got huge I sat in line for an hour you are lucky I'm not your boss Mr manager or you would have lost your job on Saturday

Checkout line had a couple people in it, and a few of the workers were just kind of standing around. We have a huge selection. It was a really nice store overall. The customer service was OK. We were greeted at checkout not when entering and no one asked us at any point if we needed help. This is our first time being at the specific location we needed something very specific so would’ve been nice to know or offered.

I was so excited to work with this specific person in the frame department. I went at about 1:50p thinking it would be past the lunch hour. Unfortunately, she was at lunch so I waited for her. Finally at 2:35p I got to meet her. I told her a have a large tapestry that needed to be framed. She immediately said she couldn’t do it because it was too large. She proceeded with the amount of time it would take her to frame it and how the store have cut her hours along with the multiple projects she has going on…but she said I could take it to a different place to look at and see what they can do. If they could not then I could bring it back in the next few weeks and she can reassess??? So, could she do it or not? I’m confused but truly disappointed. They should state what size they can frame something. I looked at the order sheet and looks like it’s something hobby lobby can but specifically for this person…she said she couldn’t. Btw the frame size I was looking at was 48x34. From the order form it is a size they can accommodate. Disappointed.

Check out lines are slow. If I need to see something in store, I buy it online while I’m in the store so I can skip the checkouts. Checkouts typically have 8-10 people in line when I go.
