The banker Gaojoua helped me with a lot of account management and was very nice and helpful. I had to bring my toddler along to the appointment, but the banker was very patient and nice about it.

Hiway Credit Union’s newest branch is Woodbury. The Branch Manager, Elizabeth has been helpful. I’ve also worked with Nick who goes above and beyond to help clients! Thank You Elizabeth and Nick and this team of awesome employees! Member for over 40 years.

Like the new addition of a branch in the East Metro. The branch office is a little different than others; there are no tellers. If you have simple business to take care of, like depositing a check, there are interactive tellers at the end of the lobby. If you're having trouble, there is an option to video chat with a teller. If you have something else more complicated, there are other staff to sit down to help you with your needs.The one thing it could do better is to have some sort of mechanism to check in for additional assistance. There's not really a check-in on the interactive teller screen, nor is there a "take a number" style here. You just kind of wait for someone to notice you sitting in the lobby and hope other people don't go crazy if you say you were there first.

I am a new member. I like the new teller machine but it is really hard to get anyone to pick up when trying to call. I am having trouble with the app and needed to talk to someone. Tried and tried and no one picks up. Frustrating.

Our family was excited about the new credit union in our neighborhood. Decided to open a new savings account and apply for a small loan with this new area location. At the beginning it seemed like they were still trying to iron out staffing and training as we initially experienced a lack of communication. But when we voiced our concerns they worked hard to provide clarity and concern and made us feel extremely valued.
