Heppner's did body work on my car in August, first untruthful about how long it would take (3x /longer), then they failed to reconnect a door wire that controls the electronic remote locks. This was discovered by the dealership who ran diagnostics on the car. The cost was $186.00. I went back to Heppner's, on a Thursday with the bill and was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost. Took my car in for an estimate. Ended up starting repairs without even calling me. Never had a shop not call me after estimate complete. Ended up breaking something during disassembly, charged me to repair it. Took 2-3 weeks to get car back. Messed up mounting door and had to bring back. Ended up messing up trim on rear door but claimed it was prior damage. No previous damage, but not worth dealing with not having primary car and dropping off/picking up. If you just want an estimate make sure and let them know immediately, they won't call you first.Response: If it was a total loss repairs would not have been approved at all. It was halted when I found out you were completing repairs when all I wanted was an estimate and my insurance company had to halt repairs. I'm just frustrated I did an after hours drop off assuming an estimate and not knowing it also would allow you to complete repairs. In future with any shop I will call to confirm my wishes so admittedly that was my mistake. However, you then broke a wiring harness, ordered the wrong part, then charged me 2 hours labor to fix it, with the process taking 3 weeks. Duct Tape makings where you tried to fix trim not cleaned etc. No quality control on remounting door leading me to have to work early to drop off to show a rep. I've had 3 times I've needed to use insurance for repairs over my lifetime, and the norm is a shop to complete an estimate, and confirm completing work or not.

I had a scheduled appointment over 1 month in advance. I also had vehicle at there store 1 day in advance. They never worked on my vehicle on scheduled day. This was a vehicle used for my business.

Friendly, professional, gave me an honest quote. My window stopped working & was stuck in the down position. They fixed it for raised it up at no cost. The day before it was supposed to rain all day. I was so grateful. The was honest & comparable with others I'd gotten. Noble glass said, " only the dealer could fix it"!

Had Heppners do my hail damage repair and was very satisfied with the work and they handled everything very professionally with my insurance company to make it easy on my end. They had Enterprise Rental meet me with 2 vehicle options to choose from. They had my car for about a week and everything turned out great and they even helped me with another area that was non hail related, so I really appreciated that.

After taking 2 & 1/2 months to repair collision damage on my vehicle, upon getting van back, I noticed my side mirror wasn’t connected and was also a completely different mirror than the mirror that was on when it arrived at the shop and completely different than the driver’s side. I addition, the TPMS light was on now, which it was not on when it arrived. I called and spoke with Donovan. He completely lied to me, telling me that was the mirror that was on my van when it arrived at the shop. I have pictures proving otherwise. He told me he probably couldn’t do anything about the mirror. I was also charged almost $300 for a rental car that was supposed to be covered by the auto shop. I didn’t return the rental car right away because I wasn’t sure if my van was drivable with the mirror not attached and the tpms light on. Donovan also said that was my problem. Absolutely horrible customer service for this single mama of 3 little kids. Just need a vehicle that is safe to drive my babies around in. My vehicle should be returned to me with the same value as it came in, not less!Services: Body & Trim

I brought my van there for a door repair and some paint work. First time I brought it in (as scheduled) they told me they were behind and would need to delay my repair by two weeks. I get it, there's staff shortages everywhere but told me they'd ge the door ordered and have it ready to hang so it would go quick. So brought it back a second time, person at front desk tells me they've got the door and the repairs should be quick. After a few days of hearing nothing from them, I called and was told they didn't know where my car was. Then they backpedaled and said they would find it. What do you mean find it?! Then they proceed to tell me they don't have the replacement and it will take a while to repair. I, upset, originally left a review here and on FB. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that if I didn't take down my negative reviews of them in social media they wouldn't work on my car. She was extremely rude to my husband and repeatedly lied to him. Dominic, however, was fine to work with, he communicated with me what the status of my vehicle was, even got me in for hail damage repair (that I hadn't originally brought it in for because I was told those repairs were taking months due to the number of hail damaged cars), but it still took a month for repairs. Got the van back and the door still didn't work right- the trim literally just fell off onto my kid one day, and they did the worst paint job I've ever seen on the one little paint patch that needed work. Cutting my losses with the vehicle, I decided to trade in my car rather than bring it back to them for any more work. I will never, ever bring another vehicle to this place again, at least not as long as their rude and unprofessional store manager is gone from there, because she was awful.

PLEASE READ! I was just berated by the manager Melissa at this location. Details below. This is the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. It took Heppner's 6 weeks to fix my tailgate and they kept promising it would be done but it was delayed for weeks. I spoke with a rep after a few weeks time and asked if they would pay for a rental vehicle as my family and I had one vehicle to juggle. They said yes they would and agreed to pay for it while I had the vehicle until my vehicle was finished. This was very clearly discussed between myself and a office representative named Joe. I discussed this with him prior to touching base with Enterprise.Heppner's just finished my vehicle today after 6 weeks (for a tailgate) and my insurance company called me today and said that Heppner's tried to bill the rental vehicle through my insurance company. I was floored and had the manager call me. The manager proceeded to say that they would only cover the two "delays" they had for a total of 12 days and not the 35 days I needed the vehicle to get around. I informed her that her worker Joe, got approval from the manager (who was her) and he said that I wouldn't be charged. She said no, that isn't the case and that she was doing me a favor by getting me 12 days rental coverage. She kept interrupting me and said "Joe, I'm doing you a favor, remember you were the one that crashed the vehicle not me". I am not making this up, that this was said to me verbatim! She made it a deliberate point to berate me reminding me that the reason the vehicle was there to begin with was because I got into a car wreck. I got rear ended, thanks Melissa. Unbelievable. They don't stand by their word. It took forever to get it fixed 6 weeks. And it was by far the worst treatments by management I've ever had.Service: Body & Trim
