I've been a Healthpartners patient for at least 40 years I really never had a complaint lately appointment availability is so poor that I'm getting my care from an urgent care clinic where they don't know me I have been going outside of Healthpartners for my care so really no continuity of care to bad for us all.

I've loved this clinic. Always been treated well. Although, lately (been here 2x in the last 2 weeks) I've noticed that the reception area isn't very friendly, like I'm disturbing them even when there's no line. I was hoping for them to be approachable.

I went to the urgent care for a minor issue. They advised the wait was 2.5 hours. I got in within 20 minutes. My appointment was around an hour or so. Nurses were very profession and quick, yet caring and gentle. When I went to see the PA-C after the lab, he was very gentle, patient and explained my condition well. I appreciate how he looked at me the whole time, asked if I had any questions and seemed to care. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I came here after work to be seen in Urgent Care. I arrive at around 5:00 and was seen by the doctor at 5:24 pretty quickly. My doctor was so nice and listen very well. My doctor needed to take an ultrasound of my leg due to the reason that brought me in to Urgent Care. I was walked down to the radiology dept were I was told to sit. I arrive in that area of Urgent Care were I notice several different people come in after me that was seen before I was. I question the ladies at the desk and I was told due to me not having a appointment I will need to wait until all appointments are seen to get my ultrasound. I was confused especially since I came through Urgent Care and the doctor order this imaging, to be told even though I was there prior to anyone else being there, only one in the waiting area I would need to wait until to the appointment people go first before I could get this urgent ultrasound. My wait time was 5:24pm to 7:17pm is when she called me back. All I can say is that this process is broken please find a new one and I was disappointed in that radiology dept at Woodbury HP clinic Urgent Care.

They should know the law for requests in pharmacy/medication records. Hopefully they will get better training in this area and then following up with the patient.

I have been a patient with Health Partners for as long as I can remember. The staff goes out of their way to help you. Always working with you to make things right. A very efficient, well run pharmacy. Thank you for your top notch work and caring about your patients!! You are the best.

SOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE WORK IN THE PHARMACY HERE. THEY DO NOT LOOSE PATIENCE IF THINGS ARE COMPLICATED OR GET DIFFICULT. THEY SEEM TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS THEY ARE WORKING WITH AND THEY ARE WILLING TO DO A FEW THINGS ADDITIONAL IN ORDER TO GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF.
