Decent price point and haircuts, some of the stylists (one) talk more than cut though so the wait can be long. Also it's obvious that folks check-in way in advance and rock up whenever, the wait-list should be adjusted so that those stats have checked in and are present automatically jump those that have just checked in otherwise the system can and will be gamed as I will now I know that.

I like this place! It’s not super expensive and they usually do a good job :) some of the stylists seem a little more knowledgeable than others, but I’ve never had an issue with any of the stylists there. I want to shout out Kim though - she is really helpful with advice and took the time to answer my many questions and explain how to deal with some of the hair struggles I’ve been having. I am very happy with my haircut I got today, it’s the happiest I’ve been with my hair in quite some time, and I’m going home confident that I will be able to style it to look the way I want it to, due to Kim’s great advice. Sometimes the wait can be frustrating but that is mostly out of their control, and using the online check in helps. Thanks Great Clips ❤️

This Great Clips location is fantastic. They always do an amazing job with my haircut and all of the staff are friendly and courteous.

Barber wasn't patient, ignored what I wanted to get and gave me a bad haircut. It was not a good environment, would not spend my money here.

Used the online check in and got to the store with only about a minute wait. Clean facility and friendly staff. Dolores did a great job on my haircut too.

I don't say this lightly but I got my hair cut from Joanna the other day and it was literally the worst haircut I've had in my life. My hair was still wet when I left and I was unable to tell if the cut was OK until I got home. One side of my head was anywhere from 1/4 to 2 inches longer than the other. The cut is so choppy it literally cannot be completely fixed. I was able to get it cut again (not at GC, I'm never going there again) enough to sort of camoflague the horrific cut, but I cannot wear my hair the way I want to. My only option is going to be wearing my hair up for several months until it can grow out long enough to completely fix. I'm devastated. I've been trying to grow out my hair for a couple of years now and I was set back at least a year. She also insulted me three times during my haircut which seemed to be an attempt to make me want to buy their products. NOT COOL!!!

Took my 5 year old in to get 11inches cut off her hair! She was so excited but so nervous every hair cut she’s ever had has been done at kids hair in Woodbury but they were booked and she didn’t want to wait. So we chanced it! First problem was the lady telling me to go sit down! I wanted to stand near by (I was out of the way) my daughter also wanted me there as she was nervous. Because of how she styled it at first I loved it but after washing her hair I’ve noticed how choppy the hair cut is and I’m not happy. Now after reading reviews seems that’s common there!Also I’m like 95% sure the lady in the first booth was on meth or heroin!! She was all over the place! It was sad to watch!! I do plan to call hopefully they’ll make it right! But from what I’m reading it’s not likely!
