“I had been to one La Z Boy and the folks were pretty unhelpful and a bit surly, so since I wanted to go back to look at more fabrics I picked a different location to try and ended up at this one in Woodbury. After a slow start (my fault, not theirs), I ended up with 3 women helping me for about 1.5 hours. One worked on the computer with a photograph I had of the space and inserted the recliners and fabrics I was considering so that we could see what it would actually look like in place. The other two were helping me pick out fabrics, then a rug to match, and even suggested an accent wall to bring out the colors of the new fabrics we decided on. What had been a stressful situation for me ended up being very fun and productive and I was very grateful. I am disappointed that La Z Boy is charging me $300 to deliver 3 pieces, but that is the store’s fault and not these helpful women’s.”

The furniture orders from different retailers showed up with missing pieces, damaged pieces, or even in the wrong order entirely. EA was the only one that got it right. “John in the Woodbury location was knowledgeable, accommodating and hands on, made sure l was comfortable with my choice. I chose the Synchrony 60 month financing. As per the manager, store policy is 30% down. For $2,419.97 purchase l had to put down $726 leaving 1,693.97 financing.”

The delivery team was professional and took great care setting things up. I was happily surprised they put scuff pads on all the furniture. “This is probably one of my favorite Targets to go to on this side of town. It's one of the bigger stores, so they carry a lot of products that you might not find in other stores. However, one of the downsides is this place is almost always BUSY. with the addition of drive-up, the parking lot is a nut house, unless you go very early or very late in the day. There are always a ton of staff too, so that is a big plus if you need any assistance.”

“This Target doesn't have the best ratings, however I frequent here a lot and it is always super clean and all the employees are super helpful. Pricing is very reasonable for high quality items and service. The parking lot is enormous and can always find a spot. It is pretty heavy with traffic at most times.”
“I never knew this store existed! It is a very fun store to go into and look around. Their prices are at a good price point. I didn't fall over when looking at the price on something!!! I'll definitely go back now that I know I can afford to go in there. The staff was very accommodating as I received a phone call upon checking out. I usually NEVER answer my phone while in a check out lane. That's rude as hell. However, it was my vet calling about my dog, so I had to take the call. I did complete my transaction and move out of the way so I didn't bother anyone else, but I was still standing near the checkout taking notes because I had bought a big Christmas spray for my mother and have a cast on my right hand. Alot of information, I know, but if you knew me, there are so many ways that could have gone wrong!!!So thank you, Kirkland's!”
