We love the guys at Freewheel (Woodbury)! Mike is always so patient and creative helping us diagnose bike issues or upgrade parts, and all the staff are friendly and great to work with. We've bought three bikes here, serviced them all numerous times, and we are always happy with the service we get from everyone there.On this last trip they helped us pick the perfect dropper set-up for my son and got it ordered and installed quickly. He's never been more excited for MTB season!

Brought my bike to this location for very minor warranty work And thought I’d have to leave my bike. They asked me if I’d wait to do it right away. That was great because I wouldn’t have to come back to get it just excellent service, polite, courteous, and professional.
