Love Francesca’s, come here all the time! I asked if my two sweater tshirts were apart of the 50% off and she said yes they were. When I went to the register, they did not ring up that way and she would not honor the price. I would always honor the price if I told a guest wrong.

I went into Francescas and was looking at some boots. Two young girls helped me one was Alaina and I didn't get the other girls name. They didn't have my size but they offered to order them for me. They were very sweet and helpful.

This is one of my favorites. Beautiful clothes and I have a hard time finding my size but they carry xxs which is great! Decent prices for the material and quality as well.. I hope they never close!

The salespeople were too pushy and overbearing. They were successful in making me spend more than I wanted but I definitely wont be back. The products were fine but I just felt like they viewed me as person to be manipulated. Management needs to tell them to lay off.

I came into Francesca's the other day to get a dress for a friends wedding and Torri (I believe that was her name) was SO incredible!! Greeted us ever so kindly and asked what we were looking for and when I told her, she jumped in and started to help right away. I found the most perfect dress and necklace with her help. She even steemed the dress for me and put a trash bag over it before we left to help with the wrinkles. This was my second time at a Francesca's and was pleased both times. Will forever be my first stop now when looking for weddings .Thanks so much, Torri!!
