My hair turned out great and Emily was amazing! She had to work for free on me because the original stylist at a different salon was very rude and was in a hurry so she didn’t cut my hair and rushed my perm and much more with my perm. Owner also contacted me and was the nicest lady. I was very impressed by her. Will continue here!

Great Experience for my daughter as she went in with a Specific Cut in mind, we showed the stylist and she got right to work!? My daughter was very nervous as anytime we have gotten her haircut it's been messed up. She was so Happy with the after results of the cut♥️ Shout-out to her stylist EMILY B! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This location no longer knows how to cut mens hair, the woman messed my temples up, completely shaving one off and cutting the other with an additional notch. Had a bad feeling during the cut but kept my mouth closed, i could tell the stylist knew it was not going well. called later to talk to the manager, manager is at the other woodbury location so i go there to talk to MJ who is not there. The two women working at that store had to wait for their managers number to show up on the tv screen because its not written down anywhere. MJ is a bad manager, communicating when and where you are is vital to a business especially when it is an unreversible mistake your stylists made. I dont see a way to fix this even though it was offered numerous times, unless you can magically grow the hair on my temples back, and frankly the way that MJ ran his mouth at me (Im mad because your store screwed my hair up, you are mad because your staff said you would be there and you werent, is your problem not mine and you dont get to whine at me about it) I wouldnt want any fantsastic sams to "fix" my haircut, no offer to reimburse a haircut elsewhere. I am expecting a refund as soon as MJ gets back to the office for whatever excuse that he didn't tell his team about, I am also to be given the contact info for the owner of the business.

The manager reached out to me promptly and offered me a complimentary haircut or discounted color. She was guinely concerned about the situation and her emoloyee's behavior.
I would rate the manager a 5.
What happened: I had an appointment. Employee was on his cell phone. He asked for 10 minutes more for his cell phone call. At 15 minutes I just walked out. He was still on the phone and he said nothing as I walked by him. Entirely unprofessional and incredible disrespect and waste of a customer's time.

I love getting my hair done here!! All the hairstylists pay attention to what I like and give me great suggestions! These pictures are after a haircut, all over color, and peekaboo color by Nicole! I definitely recommend her and this salon in general! Nicole does a great job every time and she makes me feel so comfortable and beautiful in my own skin! Thank you so much!!! <3

Emily jo is AMAZING! my son has mix hair with gorgeous tight curls. Emily jo is the only person who has ever been abke to cut it correctly. Is looks so great every time! Serious skill

My son and I have been going here for a couples years now. Emily jo does a great job cutting our sons hair everytime it looks great and shes very cautious to ensure it's the right length for him!! Vienna has now highlighted my hair 3 times and each time it's an adventure but turns out great!!
Will continue to use this location.
