They did a great job on my Mini Cooper. Most mechanics aren't able to do an alignment on my car's suspension. They took care of it and also fixed an old wheel speed sensor that had been nagging me for years.

Had my 2019 X-3 serviced today at Euro Autoworks. Everything was done as promised and on time. Price was very reasonable. I was looking for an alternative to the dealerships here on the East side of the Twin Cities and I think I found my shop. Will use them going forward.

I had a great first experience with Euro Autoworks. Had an oil change scheduled and my ride bailed on me, stranding me at the shop. Initial wait time was an hour but the staff had heard my ride bailed and had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Great service. After some bad experiences at the local Audi dealership I scheduled an appointment with Euro Autoworks. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service and the communication during the visit. They will be the only ones working on my Audi in the future.

I own a well-kept BMW 328i Sportswagon. One reason it is in such good shape is that I take care of it. The other reason is that I choose small Euro Auto shops to service it, not dealers. I recently relocated to this area. I am thrilled I found Euro Autoworks. It is a clean shop with knowledgeable staff. They show a genuine concern for your car, and I am comfortable with letting them continue to take care of it. I highly recommend this hospitable group!

Do NOT go to this shop! About two years ago, we had an issue with our Volvo and brought it into this business. We dropped it off the evening before the appointment. We got a call the next day outlining the issues and were told that the vehicle would not start as the battery was bad too. I was skeptical about this, as we had never had a starting issue. I should have questioned this diagnosis more. We approved the work. 18 months later, the car was not starting, it was obviously the battery, so I took time to inspect myself. After doing some investigating and posing questions to Volvo, the shop and searching the internet about information on the battery that was in my car, it was determined that the battery was the original battery in the car and the shop never changed it at approximately $400. I have never had a shop change a battery before as it is generally a huge waste of money for something that can be easily done at home for half the price, but was told they couldn’t do any work unless the battery was changed. They committed fraudulent acts by 1. Claiming a part that was obviously fine to be faulty and 2. Charging $ for services they never completed. If you want to be lied to, overcharged for services that are not performed and when caught only owned up to it by replacing the part with no true apology or additional compensation, give them a try. Also the shop next door, Village Auto, is associated with this shop. Don’t bring your european car there because they farm those cars to the Euro shop. Be AWARE

The technicians always do a terrific job! I previously would bring my BMW in for service, and now have a GLC that I brought in for service B.
I had left my vehicle there while I was traveling for work. When I picked up the vehicle, my C cord, I use in my vehicle to charge my phone (my phone cover doesn’t allow me to use the automatic charger in the vehicle) - was missing. This was misplaced while the vehicle was brought to a third-party for the complementary car wash included with the service.
The owner reached out to me directly and everything was resolved.
I will continue to bring my vehicle there for all needs as it is an affordable alternative to the dealership.

I took my Audi A4 Quattro to Woodbury Euro Autoworks for service, thinking that they would be, Honest, Fair, and less expensive than going to the Audi dealership for service, but I was wrong!
When I went in, all I wanted was an oil change and to check out the engine light that was on the week prior. Euro AutoWorks informed me that the computer check would be at no charge, but they charged me $270.17 for that. In addition they charged me $181.93 for an unrequested and unneeded Cabin Filter ... My Audi dealership had already put a new one in not long ago during one of my maintenance services, so I did not need another new one. Lastly, Euro Autoworks informed me that I needed to replace my steering shaft, which they did. However, when I checked with my Audi dealership, they informed me that they would have done the full Steering Shaft replacement service for me (Original Audi Parts and Labor) for $467.11 less than what Euro Autoworks charged me.
I contacted the Office Manager of Euro Autoworks several times requesting a fair refund, but was rudely refused.
I definitely do not recommend doing business with this Company.

During moment of need you quickly came through! My S4 from one day to the next went dead; wouldn't start or charge. You gave me the good news; not the starter nor the alternator. A new battery on guarantee and oil and transmission fluid change and I was off the next day! Thanks!!
