I have worked with the Woodbury Ethan Allen location for over ten years and have always gotten top-notch service regardless of my budget. My design consultant, Claire is so knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with. Her advice is always spot on.
We recently moved and ordered furniture from this store and a few other retailers I shall not name. The furniture orders from different retailers showed up with missing pieces, damaged pieces, or even in the wrong order entirely. EA was the only one that got it right. My EA furniture showed up on time, delivery was seamless, and the pieces were gorgeous and high quality. Kudos, Woodbury Ethan Allen, and thank you, Claire- from a busy working mom.

Excellent service from Kat in Woodbury to select the right fabrics for my new kitchen remodel (chairs!). Loved the results and so do my guests!The delivery dates were well communicated and quality of products was great!

We waited 6 months for a bed and dresser, which we felt was worth the wait and a product of the times. However, our bed arrived, but not the dresser as they told us “when it was unpackaged at the warehouse that it was the wrong dresser”, and “there was no way for them to know it was wrong until it arrived at the warehouse”. No one from Ethan Allen followed up with us after that point to let us know how they were going to correct the issue, and after multiple calls to our Designer we finally heard back, only to be told we would not receive a replacement until DECEMBER. We expected much better customer service and expedited resolution from Ethan Allen, especially when it is no fault of ours.Why does it feel that companies, Ethan Allen included, are using the pandemic to provide horrible, or worse No, Customer Service.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with! She provided great recommendations during the design process and kept us updated on the timeline of our furniture. The crew that delivered the furniture did a great job! They were efficient and careful as they brought the furniture inside. They set up everything and ensured that I was completely satisfied before they left. I highly recommend working with Ethan Allen, they were exceptional!

Can I give this business no stars? Is this a business? Or is this a government owned building doing an experiment to see how much people can and can't stand the all the levels of bad customer service. Ethan Allen is not a luxury brand. Luxury brands take care of all the worry and stress out of any purchase. I Believe, after all the Walmart employees got fired due to Covid-19's they collected all those applications gave them target clothing and hired them for this store, and said have fun! "They" Put up cameras around the Building and now are Collecting the data of people's limits to really bad interactions in sales. #ProjectWalmart

The designers are amazing and take extra care with the customers to ensure you are getting the right thing. The product quality is the best and having designers who know the Ethan Allen products is why we decided to buy from Ethan Allen. We purchased some fabric, pillow"s, lamps, and a chair. Everything came earlier than expected. My design consultant was Tiffani. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend her. I have worked with Ethan Allen many years ago and again a wonderful experience with them.

Ginger at the Woodbury Ethan Allen store helped me design my coastal dining room. She was so patient and spent alot of time with me and had great ideas. Delivery was on time also.
