The Sale was handled very well. However, we were told that the two e-bikes we bought needed to be prepped, completely charged and my handle bars adjusted. We received a text the next day that they were ready to be picked up. It was very disappointing that they did absolutely nothing to them at all. We had to charge them when we got home and adjust the handle bars. What started out as a great experience turned very dissatisfying.

Customer service was fine but inexperienced sales staff wasn’t able to answer relatively simple questions about the product or parts. Sales people should have more experience and knowledge of the products they are selling and able to make product recommendations that best meet the needs of the customer.

The help especially the one's who fix bikes are exceptionally helpful. Nice bunch of people. Willing to listen and help as much as possible. Definitely recommend!

The sales people at Erik’s are always helpful. Erik’s frequently has accessories that other bike shops do not have. If one shop doesn’t have the particular item I need in stock another shop will gladly set aside the item for me to pick up. For one item, I was running late due to road construction, called Erik’s in Eagan Minnesota and he held the shop open an extra 10 minutes past closing to save me from having to drive all the way back again. Top-notch customer service.

Dropped off a wheel in May needing a new tube, was told I needed a new tire as well. Just got it back yesterday and my receipt had a $10 "rush" charge on it. I explained to the service person that this was just for an extra bike and was not in a hurry, besides waiting 5 months does not qualify for a rushed job.

We came in to find a bike for our child and were able to find a used bike in great condition for an amazing price! The sales rep was amazing and helpful throughout the process and made the purchase super easy. Great first experience for me and I’ll be sure to return for future bike needs as my kids continue to grow.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service we received upon pick up of our new e-bikes. The battery was dead which made everything nonfunctional even though there was a check card saying it was. Even after charging the little control button for the bike was nonfunctional. Though I will share that Our initial purchase experience was great so I had high expectations. I will now have to transport the bike back.

Return policy is uncompetitive, especially for such expensive gear. I like to stick with local businesses where I can, but you might be better off with a larger business in case your product doesn't work out. Purchased a bike rack that is not working very well with my bike. They say they cannot return or exchange used items.. unlike literally every other retailer around.
