1st few time's visiting the shop great customer service. Yesterday however the guy either is not knowledgeable about store products or does not care to help. more interested in hanging out with his buddies in the store. Not good for business

I called Sunday and spoke with just the most helpful employee. She helped me solve logistical problems getting product to my father who can no longer drive. While Eagle didn’t have a solution directly, she was kind enough to give me suggestions and I got the job done. I sincerely appreciate the patience and her consideration.

Boxes of Twist juice on the shelf for $25. They take one bottle out of the box and sell it to you for $25. Misleading, and very overpriced. Be wary of anything you buy here based on that.Edit: On a second visit, a different employee sold the box as normal. The first one said he was instructed to remove the bottle from the box and sell them individually. Would be nice to hear from the person in charge about this.After owner response: The juice is double the price it should be at $25 for 60ml. Twist is intended to be sold in the package, and when sold individually should be half the price. It is illegal to display an item that way and change the quantity at checkout regardless of the reason.

Have been here a couple of times now and have had excellent service! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have a decent selection of vape juices and ordered the juice I was looking for (Campfire)! I also appreciate that they are open late, I ended up coming here because my usual place closes earlier. Will definitely be coming back.
