Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bought a bat for my daughter and gave it to her for her birthday. She took it out of wrapper and took some swings in the yard. We decided it was 2” short, so took it to exchange it for the right size. Although no one told me in advance bats don’t apply to the regular store return policy, they refused my exchange because it had one scuff. Had they told me about a different return policy, I would have never allowed her to take the wrapper off. Now I’m out $500 and still need a new bat. Their failure in customer service shouldn’t cost me that kind of money. Just put a sign at the bats that explains the policy, so you don’t cost people hundreds. #brutal

This place is a joke! My first visit a couple of months ago they literally follow me and my son around the store as if we were going to steal something. Today I went in to return a sweat my wife bought me for my bday and she didn’t have a receipt, the guy at the counter said they could only give me the lowest price possible and do $2 in store credit. What a joke!!

Not a fan of the store layout, I find the escalators tedious and cramped. Prices are incredibly high for some items that are much cheaper at fleet farm or Cabela's. But still had ok selection.

I was followed around the store because of concerns of stealing. I feel as if those accusations were racially motivated towards me. I am highly disappointed in the management (especially dane) for the treatment I was given and I will never be returning.

I used to love coming here but my recent visit changed my opinion. i was walking around with a few friends when suddenly we were bombarded with multiple employees asking if we need help every 5 minutes. As intimidation, they called upon their manager dane. he again for the 5th time asked us if we need help. at this point we knew that stealing was the concern for them. we felt uncomfortable the whole time and are never returning.
