Stopped in for a simple ice cream cone. I ordered a large twist cone. The cone itself was a large cone but it had what I would consider a small to medium serving of ice cream. Compared to Hastings, Cottage Grove and Pine city it was definitely not to standards. I asked the lady about it and she said that is our large that it’s the new way of making them with those larger cake cones. This was absolutely not a large. I was charged for a large. It’s disappointing the new standard is spend more get less.

They either put too many topping in to the point that you wonder if you ordered a jar of peanut butter instead of a blizzard, OR they put no topping at all in it.

I used to work for DQ a few years ago and yeah I enjoy the food but trying to get a blizzard the way I like is hard but this DQ knocks it out awesome the only one I will bring my family

All of the ladies that are working today we’re so over accommodating and so incredibly nice. My wife passed her citizenship test today and at last minute we decided to throw a congratulations party for her and they were able to take one of the cakes and decorate it in full American flag seem at such last minute and it was so incredible and they were so unbelievably nice

The last time I went through the drive through the lady, taking my order kept saying, "Is that it?" I needed to order for my parents and my younger siblings, and she asked that after the first person I ordered for. Also, she assumed I was finished and then completed the order, so when we pulled up to pay, we were only given my younger siblings' food. Apparently, they put me and my parents' food in a separate order, and they completely messed up my younger siblings' chicken honey barbecue stripes. Anyways, usually, it isn't as bad as it was last time.(Also, just as a p.s. my younger siblings are banned from getting the honey barbecue chicken because both my dad and I threw up because of the smell, lol.)
