If I could give zero stars I would, worst pharmacy Iv ever had to deal with. Standard Prescriptions back ordered for months. I would of tried to find a different pharmacy instead of being strung along as they tell me we should be getting it in tomorrow for the last 3 weeks, then I call today and they tell me it won’t be for another month…Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Most of the time there are really fast and helpful. However, every so often there is a day like yesterday (11/04/23)I went to pick up a prescription for an ear infection that was called in the day before and they didn't have it said they would have it in a couple days. (No problem, not their fault)After I left, I talked with a friend and they recommended I call and ask if the CVS pharmacy could check others in the area and so I did, going through the phone menu and being put on hold to wait until I can talk to a person. I remained on hold for over an hour and then gave up.Later I got a hold of a PA at the urgent care that prescribed the med and they agreed to change it to one that was more common and they said they contact me in an hour or so. After a couple hours I checked the CVS app and saw the med was still listed as the original, and attempted to call the pharmacy to ask if they had gotten the request to change it. I was on hold for 40 minutes. I then noticed an email from the provider that said they wee having a hard time getting a hold of a person at the pharmacy to make sure the next prescription would be something they had in stock.So, to recount I was on hold for a total over almost two hours without being able to reach a live person and a provider was also unable to get ahold of a live person.I understand sometimes things are super busy and the workers are slammed, but there should be some method of letting people know that you won't be able to talk on the phone instead of just leaving them on hold.

Just absolutely terrible experience overall with all the local CVS pharmacies. I'm not sure what's going on. It appears that everytime I got prescriptions refilled there were 5 or 6 people working behind the counter. Now it's a pharmacist and one other person. Long lines, and it takes forever to get a prescription filled.

Drugs out of stock for weeks at a time.No clue when stock coming in. Other pharmacy's have zero issues. MUCH better options out there.

Drugs are back ordered for weeks at a time and they have no clue when they will be back in stock, if your care about your heart pick a different pharmacy.

My daily prescription has almost tripled in the last 2 years and the president boasts lower prices. This place must be overcharging or the government is lying.

Used to be a great pharmacy, now the absolute worst. There’s always a very long wait time. Last time i was here, there was a line wrapped around the isle and I was standing in this line for exactly an hour. So ridiculous!! Like, I have places to be ?. I would definitely recommend moving over to a different pharmacy though.

Came to pick up my sons medicine and they had our information wrong. My wife and I have no problem but when picking up my sons, there always seems to be an issue. They lady was nice that helped us but that information should be stored for future times. Pharmacist explained to me how the drugs needed to be taken and recommendations. We like our cvs closer to home but this one is closer to my sons doctor.

Ever since CVS took over this place has been terrible. Horrible wait times, pathetic customer service and rude staff. Switching pharmacies unfortunately. Absolutely do not recommend them at all.

This was the the best pharmacy. Dropped quality when cvs took over, but still fairly fast and reliable. Not sure what's happened in the last two months but whatever system change happened its been absolutely awful. 1/10 DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

Customer service was awful. 10 people waiting in line for more than 20 mins. Don’t waste your time getting your prescriptions here.

This CVS care nothing about customer. The staff blatantly lied about how to transfer prescription to CVS, which I am extremely glad I have not. Good luck trying to get your calls pick up.
