They need a new pharmacist that can run a business and have medicine there on time. This place will be out of business and with no hope in the future. This place is an endless disaster of unreliability. Read the MN statutes and synchronize your prescriptions. Quit abusing customers.

Beware. CVS Pharmacy is not really a Pharmacy, but maybe a convenient store with a pharmacy attached. Note the open/close hours of the pharmacy portion of the CVS pharmacy is different than the store. If you’re confused with the interchangeable names I’m using, is because it is confusing.
This is the most ridiculous business model I’ve ever seen! This is a health provider that doesn’t even operate aligned to their name.
I’m beyond frustrated after paying premium for a clinic visit on Sunday, assuming that CVS pharmacy would be open as they claim would be, only to find out that the pharmacy of CVS pharmacy closed at 6pm.

I have NEVER NOT had an issues with a prescription at this store. Drive through is a nightmare, insurance is never attributed, communication is horrendous. It’s so bad that I’ve moved my pharmacy twice as far away- to a busier store!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Their employees are really useless. The things on the shelves are secure and I'm looking for someone to help me for 25 minutes and it turns out that the one who was in the store was in a room and never left. Terrible services. They should hire people who want to work.

Every time I come here I wait at least 8 hours to make sure the prescription gets filled before I come in. Never fails they tell me it's not ready and I have to wait a half an hour. This is a joke. I would give them zero if I could.

Good service by techs and pharmacists
Shout out to Liz to taking extra time to explain me the insurance charges and requesting a less expensive product from the Doctor also Jannet is great with her service

Charged 20x the price of another pharmacy. Could not get any straight answers when asked and given the wrong information.

Great store and awesome pharmacy staff. I was about to shell out over $350 for the Covid Rx, when the pharmacy manager jumped in and found a coupon. That exemplifies customer service. Count me in as a loyal client. Keep up good work, friendly CVS folks!

After the number of people I have been seen turned away due to "lunch" hour or closing time while a line is still waiting, or completely different closing times for different CVS stores in the area, I am certain they would let a customer die before they would stay a minute late.

CVS IS THE WORST. Everyone at this location should be fired. Start fresh these people are aweful. Negative stars. If there is a nice bright place in the universes this place is the furthest from it.
