For a drive-through Covid test and waited all day to get the test and unfortunately, even though this location listed and I received a confirmation code, they don’t do Covid testing. It’s false advertising. I wouldn’t trust any Cvs at this point to be up-to-date with their website.

CVS makes you go to a specific store to get Over the Counter items through insurance. Poor service, confusing labels, low stock. It was a horrible experience.

Understaffed, no one answers the phone, and the employees seem to have a high turnover rate. If my insurance didn't force me to use this pharmacy, I wouldn't. The retail side seems OK though, just pricy like you would expect

Very poor experience with the pharmacy - They don't answer the phones and let you sit at the window for 10-15 min before even saying anything. They get your meds wrong and still make you pay for them. It's infuriating.

I recently tried to pick up a prescription but was told it was processing. The associate asked me to pull back around in about 5 minutes. Seemed fair since I didn't want to clog drive-thru line during wait, although there was no one behind me in line. I asked if I should go into store to pick up Rx. The associate indicated that was not necessary. So I waited five minutes and pulled back around. The window was closed. I thought oh well and went into store pharmacy counter only to find out the pharmacy was closed. The associate's response was one of indifference indicating, "just come back tomorrow". Unbelievable.

I'm not sure where to start with this post. I went to the store to buy a Visa gift card for an employee for a Christmas gift. The first thing when I walked in the manager Kari was yelling at a customer in the photo center about a coupon or something. She was very condescending to her. Then it was my turn to purchase my Visa gift card. I wasn't aware there was a charge for the Visa gift card which is fine, but when I asked her about it she was very condescending to me. She made me feel like she hated her job and she didn't want to be there. So that's the customer service part of it. When I gave the gift card to my employee it had been tampered with and the code had been scratched off. That is a scam that's going on in the world right now. When she returned to the store, the clerk had to ask her manager what to do about the situation. The whole time the clerk was telling the manager the story. The manager Kari was shaking her head rapidly as if she wasn't even listening to the story. Every time I go by the store there's hardly any cars in the parking lot and now I understand why it starts from the top and the management at that store does not care about her customers. Please do not buy a Visa vanilla gift card from the store. I'm not sure if they pulled them off the rack because she didn't seem like she cared one bit that this happened to us.

Echoing the experiences of others, zero or negative one is a better score here. Was told to my face that even if I call ahead and am told by a real live person that prescriptions are ready for pickup, I should actually wait 4-5 DAYS before even trying.Moving all of my business elsewhere.

Would rate a 0 if I could. My prescription has been delayed for two weeks now and every time I try calling CVS for an update, they don't pick up the phone. I was on hold the other day for over 3 hours (THREE HOURS), I just wanted to see if they'd answer at that point but nope. What kind of business and customer support team would leave their customers on hold for that long. Honestly this CVS just sucks and the staff is never friendly or helpful.

This pharmacy is barely functional. They do not answer phone calls and will not prepare prescriptions unless you show up in person to make the request and then wait for 30 minutes (even if the automated message says the prescription is ready). On two occasions, they have assured me they are able to fill a prescription and then, after I waited for three days, they backtracked and told me they do not have the ability to provide the medication. They close early without notice and rarely serve anyone at the drive-thru. You pull up and there's no sign to say the drive-thru is closed; they just pretend not to see you. Avoid at all costs, especially if you or someone in your family has high medical needs.

Received great service from Jerri! She was handling the store all by herself, and it seemed quite busy for it being just her, and she kept apologizing for the wait, which really wasn’t that long of a wait considering she was working by herself She was super speedy and great with multitasking! And she was incredibly nice
