I'm on a maintenance medication and CVS is out of stock but they didn't bother to notify me of the issue. I just can't go off of the medication. They're really aren't any alternatives to it. They actually suggested going to Walgreens. What are people suppose to do when they are out of a medication?! Are we suppose to just suffer the consequences?!

Do not get your perceptions filled here. DAN was so incompetent and made a simple antibiotics pick up (that was ready) overly complicated. 20mins for him to tell me 3 different prices than what I had already paid for. How can you trust someone with your medication who doesn't even know what he is doing when processing payments? Go to a different CVS.

Don't go to this pharmacy--it is way understaffed. Not the fault of the people working there. They are very nice. But there are just not enough people. CVS should really just close this pharmacy. It's ridiculous.

Take forever to answer the phone, I have to call every month to tell them to refill my prescription even though they receive it from my doctor. The lines wrap around the store waiting for them to figure it out. Unfathomably astonishing how much they don’t give af. Maybe should reconsider those long “siesta” lunch breaks they get.

THEY WILL HOLD YOUR RX HOSTAGE. It takes over an hour of waiting on the phone for them to pick up. It takes many days to fill an RX. It takes an hour to wait to pick up an RX or talk to someone in person.

Called in to get a prescription refilled and got the automated line. The robot said it would be filled by 4pm that same day and I would get a text when it was filled. 2 days later no text and CVS said they didn’t have the order. The cashier was very unhelpful and told me to go to the drop off line to place another order. This place used to be great but customer service is severely lacking at the moment.

I had a medication that was urgent for my baby that we needed to start right away so went in and was told they had the medication in stock and it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later was told it wouldn't be ready till the next day. Went in the next day and was told it wasn't ready again. I asked when it would be ready because I needed to start my baby on it urgently and was told "I don't know, could be 30 minutes or a few days"..... and she wasn't nice about it either. We will never use this location again, the service has continued to be a consistent issue the past 4 months and has only continued to get worse.

Each time I have gone in the last two months they say that they don't have the prescription I am asking for. I tell them it was sent by the doctor and they seem to somehow find it after that is said! So weird the service used to be so good.

Used to be the fastest, over the last month, one person working register there’s people behind the counter but they just stare at the longgggg line like idiots!!

Don't waste your time trying to get someone on the phone. 67 minutes of hold time on one call, 34 for on the second attempt before hanging up.

Only 1 staff member on duty. Employee said lines would always be long because "everyone quit this store." Waited in a long line 2x because my prescription which was faxed over to be filled 2 days prior was not yet filled.

They are rarely staffed with enough people to move through the line with any semblance of speed regardless of the time you get there. Normally one person struggling with customers as two to three others work behind. This pharmacy used to be amazing but has gone seriously downhill!

Wow, why didn't I choose Target CVS sooner??!!! They were fast on my prescription order! I needed it ASAP due to an allergic reaction on my face. I'm so amazed and happy with my experience. No more slow Walgreens and unprofessional staff! CVS Target all the way from now on. Wait time was fast since it was earlier in the day and they even acknowledged that I was there and said someone will be with me shortly. And the staff was quick to jump and help me out. Such a different experience that I'm so appalled. I always go to Walgreens. Hence why I'm so surprised how quick CVS service was. CVS is now my to go prescription pick ups!

The automated system doesn't work for refills. Luckily they have a good staff to answer phones.

Refills are usually processed on time and without a lot of hassle.
