You know what makes being chronically ill worse, incompetent pharmacy staff. I heavily rely on my medications for symptom management and when I cannot get those medications my life becomes significantly harder. Today I went to pick up medications that were sent over on the Wednesday prior, instead of my medications being ready I was informed that they were not in stock and the prescription had been sent to a completely different pharmacy. This was incorrect. Not only was my prescription indeed sent to this particular pharmacy but they did have my medication in stock, they had simply refused to fill it until I had asked them multiple times to find it and get me my medication. What should have been an easy 5 minute pickup turned into over 30 minutes of arguing with pharmacy staff and continuous gaslighting. The workers here are beyond incompetent and so incredibly rude. If I could rate zero stars I would and in the future I am for sure going to a completely different pharmacy as CVS at any location has let me down too many times in the past to be trustworthy. Take my advice if you want your medication, don't use CVS.

Pharmacy staff is rude, there’s never anyone working at the front of the store, they just rely on the self check out machine.

Wow. I try to avoid this store when I can, but my mother called in a script to this one as she's visiting me. We went through the drive through and the gal at the window was just awful. My mother has a tendency to mumble, and she'd said her name three times, and the gal didn't hear or understand her, so I called it out from the passenger side, and the gal started yelling at us that we didn't have to yell it at her, and that she hadn't heard, to which I said is why I called it out to you? She continued to glare the entire transaction, and was hardly civilized no matter how nice my mom tried to be. Reminded me of why I don't go here unless I absolutely have no options.

Since the CVS inside the Target on Commerce absorbed the minute clinic, my wife and I moved all our prescriptions to this location. It seems to be better staffed, and in general has better wait times than Walgreens down the road. Recently, my wife has had problems getting her prescriptions filled. The pharmacy staff finds the need lecture her about her mental health medications and how high some of the dosages are. Since when did they become my wife's physician and medication prescriber? Obviously she is taking them for a good reason; They are keeping her alive, and yet she gets berated and shamed for trying to refill them. This is NOT the pharmacist's job. They hand out prescription narcotics without batting an eye, but try to deny those suffering with mental health problems their much needed medications. Pretty messed up if you ask me.

Randomly closes drive through “due to staffing” and doesn’t clear off weeks old snow from side walk.

They are terrible in the drive thru, they make you wait when the prescription should be ready. They are so slow and don't listen when you want to provide your CVS card

I get my Libra Sensors from here & the past 2 times they didn't have enough so now I'll have to make 3 trips to get what I'm supposed to get which is 6 each time! The pharmacist I talked didn't understand & refused to listen to what I was trying to explain to her! If you are smart don't go to this pharmacy for your prescriptions!!!

Out of the 6 times we’ve filled prescriptions there, ran into major issues with 3 of them. One time pharmacy staff didn’t show up on Sunday morning so my son’s urgent care prescription got stuck (since they couldn’t release it to others without anyone being there), one time they lost my husbands prescription and the other time didn’t have a basic prescription and had to send me somewhere else. In general, store not fully restocked, constantly have to go somewhere else for basic stuff (nail polish, tape).

The people at CVS are Not friendly. The last two times I have gone in the morning, They've had some sort of issue. The first time, the cashier was annoyed because she couldn't figure out how to keep the doors open and then they couldn't get their money order machine to work. The second time, I was told I could not pay cash because she didn't have her cash register in her drawer yet. What is the purpose of being open at 8 a.m. When you're not even ready to assist customers.

Went at 825am to pick up supplies for a cold and the doors were locked and there was no employees. There were several cars just waiting outside.

The customer service at this CVS is really terrible. The wait times are extremely long and the staff is insensitive and unhelpful. I'll be filling my prescription elsewhere next time.

Trying to get an update on a prescription that was sent over 24 hours ago. No answer, on hold over an hour, and online it says processing. Driv through window is also closed during regular business hours, not even a note to say come inside.

Been in the neighborhood for 20 years. Never have I seen such unhelpful/poor attitude from management. Wow. Closing the pharmacy doors on our heads (yes, actually STRUCK OUR HEAD) 5 minutes before they closed. This store has been mismanaged for YEARS. Never going back.

Ive been a loyal customer since they opened. Today I was treated so rudely by pharmacy staff that I'm taking all my prescription needs and shoppong to the nearby Walgreens. Shame on you women behind the counter. All 4 of you.

Jennifer was horribly rude to me when I was checking out. Wouldn’t recommend this CVS to anybody!
