I signed up online for the Moderna Covid vaccine. Arrived early for my 6:45 pm appointment. After checking in online then standing in line to confirm they really knew I was there, I was advised that they would “try to get you in before closing” which was 8:00. As I overheard the pharmacist tell another patient, they only had Pfizer. Gave it up after 45 minutes. I wish this was the only bad experience I have ever had at a CVS Pharmacy, but sadly it isn’t.

I’ve sat on HOLD for over THREE HOURS trying to get ahold of these people since the app is useless! I need to get in contact for a short call to verify insurance and they can’t pick up the phone. Oh wait they actually did pick up twice and hung up immediately and had to call back! If you can avoid this pharmacy, do it at all costs. Wish I could give a negative-5 star rating because this is an ongoing issue.

This location has horrible staffing issues and poor customer service. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. They close the drive thru window when they are short staffed, making it inconvenient for customers to pick up their prescription.

stop with the terrible AI. All the questions were nothing to do with what I asked just put me through to a human. If you can't answer the question correctly don't keep putting off. I will never use CVS if at all possible I'm just picking something up for a friend. When I finally got through the person, she answered quickly kindly and with the information I needed. hire a human you must lose so much business over this. Look at your reviews they suck.

Worst staffing and service to customers in the 5 state area!!!Very Very Very short staffed! Those that do show up to work are totally disengaged and are just going through the motions. You have to put marks on the floor to tell if they are actually moving,You can expect to stand in line for AT LEAST 30 minutes if you stop to pick up a prescription -- If it is ready -- Which it probably won't be even if you got a text saying it is ready.FORGET about trying to reach them by phone. Answering the phone is not a priority for them...We have moved all of our business to another CVS in the area.

Just had surgery asked to wait an hour and a half for my prescription to be told we can’t fill your prescription after waiting an hour and a half.

My last refill for antibiotics should be 60 pills twice a day. I got 39 out of 60. I called the pharmacy, they said that they don’t know what happened from the pharmacy to home. They suggested I should count my pills at the time of pick. Yes, I can give zero star if I can.

Hard to get anyone on the phone, so I use the drive up or go inside if I have questions. Wish it was better.

I have tried to get them to transfer my prescriptions for weeks. I sent a message on their website yesterday. They apparently did not read my message. If they did they would know I have already done what they suggested in their reply.I've tried transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy 5 times, including twice at the store with the pharmacistI also spoke to a pharmacist on the phone about transferring all my prescriptions from another pharmacy and he said he would take care of it, but he did not. Yesterday I went to the store only to find out they sent a refill request (maybe others) to the wrong doctor who understandably denied it. And they left my insulin in a 'processing' status for days , even though it was in stock, until I went in and made them look because I was almost out. Apparently they just left my prescription sit there and forgot about it without filling it even though the insulin was in stock.Since they did not care to read my message completely (another example of the usual terrible customer service) and because of the atrociously terrible service and lack of concern from the store pharmacists I have no other alternative but to go to a different pharmacy.Their lack of competence and "don't care" attitude could cause a person like me with serious health problems to become sick, hospitalized and even death.

I dropped off a prescription on a Friday afternoon and came back on Saturday at 10am. They told me 30-45min to fill my prescription I dropped off the day before, then when I came back to get the precription they told me another 30 to 45 minutes. I wouldn't be angry with this except for the fact that I live 8 miles away and if they would have told me an hour and a half at first but it went home and waited there instead of my car in the parking lot. Just would have been nice to be told that they are that busy instead of wasting my time.

Prices never were comparable. I spent $2.49 on distilled water. What a rip off. I'll shop around for this in the future. I'll stick to Walgreen for this type of store. Not impressed with the one in Highland either.

My rating is a ZERO!!! I stopped at this store on my way through this town the week before Christmas 2020 to get two greeting cards for for my assistants. I took my time and found two very meaningful and expensive cards. I spent over $10. At the register I paid in cash and accidentally left without the bag with my cards. My Husband was waiting in the parking lot and we still had over an hour long drive to home. A little while later I was going to fill out the cards and after 20 minutes of searching my vehicle I realized I didn't have the bag with the cards. I had the receipt and called the storeroom see if they had been turned in or left there on accident. The worker told me I left them on the counter. She was the cashier and remembered me. She said there was nothing she could do and I had to return to the store to retrieve the cards. I explained that I was too far away and already in Wisconsin and asked for a store credit. She said no. I asked if she would send me a credit. She said no. I asked for a manager. She said there was not one there. I asked her to call the cvs in my hometown so I could go there the following day and get a replacement for my cards. She said no. Finally I told her to have a manager call me the following day. She took my information. I never heard from the manager. After 48 hour I called back and requested a manager. Again they took my name and again no response. I called corporate right after both of the calls to the actual store. I was told they would contact me in 48 hours after the transaction cleared the system. Even though I paid cash and they had the cards and cameras to prove my purchase. I have never gotten a call, email, credit or my money. I deserve at least a phone call apology. I can't believe I am the only person to ever leave a bag behind. This is criminal!

They are the worst! I’;ve been on the phone for hours with them this week trying to get my blood pressure prescription refilled. I was there personally this morning to get 3 pills to tide me over and they told me they were sending a request to my doctor right then to refill the prescription. They said they had no refills left. I called my doctor’s office to explain the situation (the pharmacist said I should do that) and right after hanging up from that call, I received an automated call that my prescription can’t be refilled because it’s too soon. Also, whenever I need a refill, it takes one to two weeks. They always say they will have my prescriptions ready, then they don’t, then when I call, they say the doctor never responded. Then I call my doctor and they did respond, then I have to call CVS again and they say they’ll try again, etc., etc., etc. You get the picture.

My Dr. sent in a prescription on Tues. 3/17/20 by computer. I have been calling them since 5pm that day to see if it was done the computer said it was in process. This is a script I must take on a regular basis, I get sick if I don't take it. I have been calling CVS daily all I get is the computer. Today I was on hold to speak with the pharmacy twice!! 1st time 28 minutes 2nd call 24 minutes!!! The only ph. no. Provided for CVS is the number that is automated to go directly to the pharmacy and does not give you an option to be connected to the main phone no. to call the front desk to be able to speak with a Real Person!! Unfortunately my prescription is only available at certain pharmacy. To say I am Angry is putting this mildly!!!!
