Bright, clean store with beautiful produce. Meat was ok in appearance, but maybe there was a new butcher working or something. Prices similar to Hy-Vee or Target (all of them can cherry pick cheaper items to look good, but they all have more expensive items, too.)

Woodbury Cub regularly has sales, but somehow their cash registers are "accidentally" programmed to not give you the sale price. This isn't a one-time fluke. I have experienced this over a dozen times. Recently (July 2024), there was a Coke sale for 2 for $10 12-packs of 12-oz cans. We bought 6 of them, so clearly the total should have been $30 plus tax. The cashier rang it up for over $40, but didn't have the math skills to see her error. Ultimately, a manager helped us get the sale price, but it shouldn't have been that much work. My advise to Cub is to try to be more like Aldi. Aldi doesn't waste your time with coupons and sales-- they just have great prices all the time. Also, their cashiers are the best in the business.

My go to Cub. Love the pre-portioned Deli salads in front of cases. Staff is always on their game too.

Whoever answered the phones needs to be trained on how to talk to people. They answered with an annoyed hello and slammed the phone down without saying goodbye. I just wanted to verify the service desk hours.

I go here for the banking, as well as the shopping. I like the convenience of having the bank open for longer hours than thevregular bank sites. Sometimes I shop there, but other Cub stores are closer for me.

Do not refill your water from here!!! It is not filtered, it's not clean water! Taste like the smell of toilet water! Seriously, I cook with filter water and I notice my food go bad easily with unfiltered water vs filtered water.

Picking up online doordash orders and texted the number on the sign with the spot and order name. Nothing back send a follow up text and Nothing. I call no answer call again and the person says they didn't hear the phone or see the texts and she would pull the orders now. I had to unassign the orders. Don't offer a service if you don't have the staff to do it.

Have the same items as always. Store is laid out in a poor way now, after the renovation (the fresh foods are all spread out and difficult to find). Prices are no longer good enough to justify coming here over Jerry's or other similar chains. Unfortunately, suffered the same fate as any union joint... customer service got poor, prices went up, and no longer worth supporting.
