If I could give zero stars for absolute incompetence this place provides, I would. I dropped an ipad 8 off for a cracked screen on 8/10 - and picked it back up that same day. It seemed fine, until we got it home, and the screen was jumpy. Brought it back, Quentin texted and said it would be done Monday. I called 6 times, and left 5 messages, and no one called me back. THEN - when I finally got through on Tuesday, they said they tried replacing it three times and the screen is still jumpy, so they must have damaged something internally when they took off the old screen. What do I get? A broken iPad back, and a partial refund. Do NOT bring your electronics here.

These guys are the absolute best. Any kind of problem with technology can be solved. For someone technically challenged (as i am) they are life savers. Very patient, gracious and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend then highly enough.

Came in with cracked screen. It was fixed perfectly and I had my phone back in 1 hour. Excellent service. I'll use these guys again if I have cellphone issues.

The workers here are phenomenal - they saved me about $1000 by letting me know that I had water damage, and then doing the research to see that AT&T would not accept it as a trade in. They did not charge me anything, and I cannot thank them enough for being honest with me instead of making money off me. I will always go to this store for phone repairs. Thank you so much CPR staff!
