I have tried to bring clothes here twice. Both times they have accepted nothing. I have brought in name brand, brand new with tag items that get rejected. It’s a waste of time and I would suggest not going here to sell.

By far one of my fav places in Woodbury to shop! The ladies there are amazing and so nice! Everytime I go, I leave with the coolest clothes!

Stop ripping apart clothing we bring in to sell that is FOLDED NICELY!!! Every one of my bins was a mess which is NOT how I left them. To the owner: YES, your store does throw clothing back in our bins without folding them *see pics* no need to be dishonest :) Train your employees.

This is the only Clothes Mentor I will frequent in the Twin Cities. They carry all of my favorite designer items at very fair prices. Other Clothes Mentors in the area jack their prices WAY up, and their inventory sits because it's overpriced. At the Clothes Mentor in Woodbury, they always have new things coming in because they can move their inventory because THEIR PRICING IS FAIR, and the QUALITY of their items is TOP NOTCH. The staff is kind, friendly, personable and fun. Shop at this Clothes Mentor....it's the best around.

I took in many name brand items. They agreed to buy some and the rest they just threw into the bin. Everything was neatly folded when I brought them in. For the amount of money I got next time I will donate because this place has no regard for their customers.

I don’t even want to give them one star. As soon as I walked in the 3 ladies glared at me. Super unprofessional. She said it was going to be an hour wait which I was fine with, then I got a text 2 mins later before leaving parking lot saying my clothes were ready for pick up. Super disappointed that they didn’t even go through it at all.

I recently visited Clothes Mentor in Woodbury and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. This consignment clothing store offers a fantastic selection of high-quality, gently used items at unbeatable prices. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse.
What truly sets this store apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and they were having such fun working, (yes, while they were working).
A special shoutout to all of the staff members who assisted me during my visit. Their enthusiasm and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.
