Still working with Chuck & Don's Woodbury doing over the phone orders and having someone pick them up. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like family. Krissy at Woodbury is exceptionally adept at working with me and getting everything we need. She is astute and accommodating to what we need and I appreciate her and her staff.

We love Chuck & Don's. Friendly staff who are always willing to help with questions or carrying heavy bags of dog food. Definitely a great "shop local" experience.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The place is very well stocked and prices are better than other pet stores around. Multiple brands to pick from and is always clean.

My pups and I love Chuck & Don's! I have had a positive experience at every location. The staff is always extremely helpful and they have a great selection of pet supplies. Also, they have a great rewards program and frequent sales. This is the place to shop for your pets!

Have had to call and have items set aside for pickup a couple times and each time I have been met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It has been a smooth process from phone call to pick up. I have spoken with Atlanta and Krissy and they both gave me outstanding customer service and went above and beyond.

I usually love Chuck & Don’s but it seems the experience is hit or miss. There are some associates who are super helpful and kind, and others who have made me feel like an inconvenience for being there. This past time I visited, I returned a toy my dog destroyed, because I was told if it doesn’t hold up I’m the first month, I can return it. The person doing the return said they don’t take returns on used toys and they’ll just do it “to not have to deal with the customer.” Ouch - didn’t know I was an inconvenience for shopping there and just doing what someone told me I could do.I’ll continue to shop here for the rewards program, but I’ve lost respect for the company as a whole for the lack of consistency in high-quality service.
