Staff wouldn’t call the police when a man was violently beating up a woman in the drivers seat of a car at the pump. He was yelling at people who were observing. I asked the two clerks to call the cops and they said it wasn’t their problem.

If the Woodbury Minnesota location could have zero stars, I would give them zero stars. Across-the-board, my husband was trespassed for one year which was up on February 3, 2024, we've been in this location multiple times after his trespass was up no issues we even met the new GM very professional man like him a lot, but then we went in yesterday to get $25 in gas and as my husband walked through that front door the assistant store manager Terry was standing in front of the donut turned around very rudely and looked at my husband and told him to get the hell out that he's trespassing which, when he was mailed the paperwork for his trespass, it was only for one year, the whole reason for this trespass was for causing a disturbance, when all he did was go into this location to buy me a pack of cigarettes when he was refused service from the cashier, Stephanie, for being petty for personal reasons that did not belong in the workplace mind, you personal issues should not belong in the professional work place. He then got trespassed, and was not serve paperwork until a few months after this. I have worked retail For 20 years, and ran across hundreds of people that I could not stand who came into my place of work, but I still had to hold a certain level of professionalism to obtain my job, I would assume the same respect and professionalism would come out of people in this workplace now mind you let's get into those personal reasons on why this cashier refused services towards my husband and made false allegations, she was buying marijuana from us, and when she ran out of money and ran out of marijuana she decided to make a whole scene involving my family involving my friends personally attacking my children and this is who you want working in your store. Later to find out that we are not the only customers that she has done this to. Then, when we try to still give business to your company, somebody gets trespass for causing a disturbance because they are refused service because of personal vendettas that is utterly disgusting and I am disgusted with your Company. Your company needs to find more competent people to work inside those stores. Otherwise you're never going to have people and you're going to continue to get one to two star ratings when you should be a five star company. It is 621 in the morning on March 5 of 2024 this last altercation just happened at 10:20 AM on March 4 I expect a resolution with these two employees from Linn Company by end of day today resolving this on going constant issues or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and every news channel as well as get a lawyer for discrimination because that's exactly what this is. No customer should ever walk into a business The hell out, nor should any customer walk into a business and refuse service for a personal Vendetta. I hope this time around your company does better

No matter which pump I use, it always shuts off after a couple of gallons. I manage to get another 8 gallons in. Really annoying. I have mentioned to staff several times.

Today is 11/27/2023 and I’d just like to say that the workers here are as useless as hot dog water. The brunette that was managing the store this morning was absolutely out of line and shouldn’t be employed here. Instead of ringing up the 10 customers in line herself, she thought it would be a good idea to go look for another worker instead of doing any work herself. The manager this morning was possibly the laziest gas station manager I’ve ever seen.

I always love shopping at holiday. I'm there almost every day because I purchased there are 9.99 beverage club. You can get one free beverage every day, any size from either coffees and drinks. Anything that's out of their dispensary machines. It's a great deal

I had practice today and In practice we were running for 2 hours, me and my mom walked into the store and my feet were tired so I dragged my feet and I hadn't noticed the employee had just mopped the floor, he immediately started throwing a fit about it, its not like he re-cleaned it either..
