I have been a customer for years but yesterday I did not like the service of the person who sold me my beds. He was very arrogant as if he thought I did not have money to buy. It was a very bad experience yesterday 11/142014 in the afternoon. That is why I only give it 2 stars.

If you want to wait 6 months for delivery, have a terrible customer service, then have your purchase fall apart and immediately be told that the “goof proof” policy you paid $300 dollars for covers absolutely nothing, go for it. The legs literally fell off of the bed. How is that not covered?
UPDATE: Bob's CYA response makes ZERO sense. I reported a covered incident within 30 days and was told, I kid you not, that the legs of the bed are "hardware or an accessory" and therefore not covered. The legs ATTACHED TO THE BED that hold it up. Obviously it was a safety hazard for me and my dog since it would collapse and hurt or kill us. But Bob's doesn't care if they get to keep my $$$
