I purchased the Best Buy Total Tech membership. Which is the only reason I keep shopping at Best Buy. With this membership I have been able to return items no questions asked, for up to two year after purchase. Geek Squad help too!

I drove from Elk River to Oakdale to have BB replace my battery on a Iphone. When I showed up an hour early for my appointment, they told me they couldnt do it because the apple technician wasnt working today.. I don't beleive that for a second. Why didnt they call the customer and let them know that? Geek Squad also don't anwser the phones if you wanted to call ahead. I'm very disapointed in BB latley.

Excellent service, I went in and knew what I needed, but not exactly they took the time to look it up and help me get what I was looking for. I'll go back next time I need something electronic for sure.... my granddaughter also found a squishmello she had been looking for.

Went in to the Oakdale store on July 3rd to make a purchase. I found want I wanted to purchase but then couldn’t find anyone to assist me. I waited in the area several minutes and looked for an employee in multiple areas to help assist me. I looked in tv’s, appliances, the middle section had a phone guy helping with phones and the computer section had the geek squad. Other than that I didn’t see a single employee on the actual sales floor. It makes it difficult to make a purchase if you can’t get what you want. I went back and waited a little longer in case someone was coming out of the back or if I missed someone. Still nothing so I left. Very disappointed. However, I was able to make my purchase online from a different company. So the evening wasn’t a complete loss.

Went to purchase a projector for my daughter’s room, after choosing the one I wanted I got to register and price was suddenly went from $209 to $299. After speaking with two shift managers they both said things get moved all the time and they cannot honor price, at tour point store was closing so I came back this mornin hoping to get general manager to honor the price they had the projector listed at only to be told that item was on sale and no longer is we now it’s $500 and they will not honor the $299 price. This small mistake could have been rectified by Best Buy honoring there prices listed, however I’ll make it a point to never again purchase a single item from another Best Buy store or online
