Very knowledgeable and always ready to give you the questions you have. She runs the extra mile for her clients and always finds possible alternatives options to help her clients. I swapped from my first loan officer to Bill Bank because my first loan an officer struggled getting the loan approved. Kimberly jumped in help me less than a month and she did her best to pushed everything to meet our deadline closing date. She answers my questions even late at night. Kimberly definitely was a pleasure to work with. She took her time to explain and walk me through any question I had. When I called her outside of the work week she always picked up and made sure I was taken care of.
