Bed, Bath & Beyond is going out of business. I was able to find some reasonable deals but most remaining items were still expensive and there wasn’t much left to purchase. The employees were helpful and check out was quick and easy.

Went for the going out of business sale and I wonder why because your prices are outrageous and I saw display vacuum cleaners look like they were used with stuff inside of them go somewhere else

it is going out of and is a joke. the "sales" are like the 20% coupon I got regularly and not 50-80%. stuff all thrown all over. Not enough staff. so sad they are leaving with such a negative.

It's a fun store to browse through occasionally. Looks just like it did in the 2000s, selling almost the same stuff too. Put off by my last visit, supervisor or manager had to come up to get the register to print me a gift receipt was kinda rude about it.

Placed an online order for pick up, order was ready within an hour. Got a great deal on sum after Christmas deals ~ $4 each for Yankee Candle sent plug in starter kits! I did notice the clearance prices seemed to be cheaper online than what they were listed for in the store (example 6 pack of holiday hand towels we're $7 online & $10 in store).

I stopped in to the store yesterday, and it felt like a ghost town. It was eerily quiet (library quiet), and I was the only customer in the store. None of the four young workers acknowledged me. Someone was sitting at a desk to the immediate right when you walk into the store, and she didn’t acknowledge me either even though she looked right at me. I can’t imagine this location is going to be open much longer. Definitely a depressing environment.

Took 30 min to do a simple return. Iris has horrible customer service skills. She didn't smile one time, apologize for the long process or any other empathy statement. It's totally fine that you're understaffed but the store wasn't busy AT ALL. Do better.
