If you are looking for a bank that have good customer service, care for you and protect your bank account, please stay away from this BOA- Woodbury location. I got some issue with the United airline and I need some help from BOA. When I came there, I just got an answer that they couldn’t do anything about it with the rude attitude and not willing to help. Their managers- Kristen and Rob shouldn’t work there at all. They don’t treat me with a welcoming service. I don’t get the respect as well as the support from this bank. I have a business bank with Well Fargo and I completely satisfied by the way they treat me. Now I can tell why this bank always empty, barely customer whenever I came in- because the people work there belong with the bad service.

Because their processing team messed up on their end they return to check on me because of God knows not doing their job right and messed up my account and didn't do nothing to really try to help fix it after their processing team didn't go through the right procedures and measures of checking the check numbers and making sure that they were good I won't send nobody to this Bank this isn't the first time I've gone through this with this Bank and I'm definitely not going to do it again don't go to Woodbury location

I went in to Bank of America in Woodbury with a lot of confusing questions. Gary spent a lot of time explaining things to me in detail and displayed a lot of patience throughout the process. Not an advisor that talks above you or regurgitates information like a robot. I would recommend Gary to anyone! The person he was training, Andy I believe, was also personable and knowledgable as well in explaining my benefits and options. Thank you guys!

The worst financial institution. I lost my $1800 to their ATM while making deposit. I complained and nothing was done. Poor management from top to the lowest level

Don’t start a business account with BofA, they’ll make sure you don’t get paid for at least 2 weeks after you cash the check.Started my company last month and waited 3 weeks to be paid just for BofA to put a 2 well hold on my check. Way to cancel my families ChristmasWhat a joke

I needed help with access to my online banking and was assigned to Melody X. She was knowledgeable about my issue and was able to resolve all of my problems. I would highly recommend this branch, and especially Melody, for their professional customer service.

Banked with Bank of America with 8 yrs. Declining services, the office can never help. More fees and wait times than any other bank local or national. This bank is failing and won't be open in the next 10 years. Save your time and money elsewhere.

This bank states they don't charge fees and advertise very heavily on that! It is a requirement of their bank that you have a $250 direct deposit every month which I do for work payroll. They still charge the $12 maintenance fee that even the representative on the phone was confused as to why I was being charged but said she wasn't able to remove charge! Most dishonest bank! Would highly recommend going to any other bank but Bank of America!

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have newer a business account here (4) months. I had a customer write me a check and a write it to the exact name of the DBA. They held the check. So I go get another check and had them cancel initial check, they still held it. Next customer writes me a check correctly and they hold it for 1 week. Noone can help me at the branch or the 800 number. Do not Nak with this this bank business or personally.

I came from California were BofA is everywhere, the banks all close at 6pm, and you can deposit cash into your account with the drive thru ATM. This bank closes at 4pm, and you can't deposit cash into your account using the drive thru. Plus that ATM machine is so outdated, you have put your card in and wait for the machine to tell you to slide your card, and then you have to wait for the ATM to ask you to put the card back in and leave it in there.
