When to get new wiper blades and asked for help, associate couldn’t be bothered to get off the cart he was sitting on and when he looked up my car he looked up a different one than I said then off handly remarked they’re all the same. He then told me where the wipers are and I went to get them. As someone who isn’t a car person I was overwhelmed by the options and the associate was still upfront sitting on the cart offering no further help. When I got home to change them turns out I was told the wrong size for my car and now have to go back to make an exchange. Overall very poor costumer service that day and frustrating experience for me.

Josh and Simon did an incredible job! They were able to explain clearly and provide a few recommendations based on my specific request and both made time to help out even though it was near closing time. Highly appreciated!

Being from TX & visiting Woodbury Minnesota. I was totally impressed and very grateful fromWayne and Wilson at this Auto Zone. They went over and beyond with good customer service.

As a woman, I'm used to getting treated like I'm not knowledgeable when I go into auto parts. That sounds really, really silly but it's the only way to put it, but the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. I needed help finding a suitable portable jump starter and the young man at the register explained each one they had and helped me get the one I needed without breaking the bank! I really appreciated the kindness here. Thank you so much for the great experience! Side note, google says this autozone is located on the further corner of this little mall but it is actually on the nearest left corner when you turn!

Phenomenal customer service.Had a difficult to replace burnt out headlamp. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to look up a video on how to change it from inside the wheel well. Then changed it in 3° weather. $18 lightbulb. Will always come back.
