The bathroom is nicer then my mom's, and everything is literally glistening in that place...I am used to mechanic shops with dirt floors where I'm from.. sooo this is next level! “Don't try calling on the phone, there's not enough people there to be able to answer it. And, in general, they're operating on a skeleton crew here, so everything takes hours.You gotta schedule any tire work by appointment, due to COVID-19. And it's pretty much booked a week out.Pit stop oil change, $20, they just change the oil and that's it. No appointment necessary. But it can take up to 4 hours. And, if you show up within 3 hours of closing time, you can expect to be turned away because they're booked for the rest of the day.Timing is everything here. Usually, you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes, just to talk to someone. They need more people working the front counter!”
