Everyone is very friendly. Their workmanship is outstanding and it was very quick. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning and got a call Friday afternoon that it was done. Would recommend them to everyone.

My car was damaged and I was referred to ABRA for repairs. Their communication was very quick and concise. 4/5 because my tail light was damaged upon return. Regardless of having to repair the rear bumper, a broken tail light upon return is disappointing. Otherwise, 4/5.

Honestly I thought Abra autos was great because they did a phenomenal job in the past but I suppose this was at a different location. I guess I should’ve mentioned earlier on to the rep that the paint matching was horrible, and the fact that they didn’t blend my front bumper with my fenders. Which ultimately throws me off everyday I see my car. I can see how white my front bumper is compared to my whole car. I was pretty disappointed as I had a great experience before with Abra, lesson learn here is that you just don’t take recommendations from insurance…
Pros: They did do a wonderful job putting my bumper and splash guards together. Turn around time wasn’t too long either as it was just a front bumper. I didn’t interact much with the reps but those who I spoke with seamed very nice and professional. This is just my experience and my opinion alone, everyone could’ve had better experiences but just thought I at least be honest.

Amazing customer service! They did fantastic quick work on my car with a broken side mirror. They were able to provide me a quote with just photos and get me in quickly. Highly recommend and would come back for any future needs.

Some of the surprises to live in Minnesota are the beautiful seasons and some not so good surprises are the sudden weather changes. The hail did a-lot of damage to my Jeep but thanks to Abra quick scheduling and outstanding work my Jeep was back to normal in no time. Thank you Abra Woodbury.

I love the fact that I was constantly informed through emails about the status of my car. As stated that my car would be completed within a time frame, it was right on time. I’m really content with the repairs. I would definitely recommend friends and family.
