Horrible experience next time we will
Be driving to Rochester or lacrosse didn’t check on my wife for over an hour and didn’t even get the medication they said she would get just horrible not paying attention to ppl in there rooms

I just had to get a TITERS test done for school. Didn't have an appointment prior. Walked into G....sen first since it was near to my school but they weren't able to help me out with this unless I get a doctor's order or whatever (apart from my school's, which I already had). I'm so glad that all the folks at Winona Health were so understanding, kind and patient to walk me through everything and help me get my stuff done.

I.had an unexpected health problem and had to go to the hospital by ambulance and had to be admitted to the hospital to the ICU and stayed there awhile until they needed the room that she had been in. They almost lost me on the 20th of November. I really appreciated the fact that they got me back to life. What a scary feeling it was. Thank God to all the hospital staff for doing their job. Once I was on the medical floor for awhile, they let me go back home ? . I then was home ? not even 2 hours and had to go back to the hospital again because of computer issues. She almost went to the floor in the bathroom after my husband was going to lift me out and he had to put back up onto the toilet. We told them that she wasn't able to come back home yet. They just didn't want her staying there awhile longer and said that she was ready for go back home and they were proven so very wrong. So we're not pleased with them at all. Typo- complications not computer issues. Some of the hospital staff apologized to me for sending me back home ? again. Now we're gonna file a gradient and express our concerns of the care I received.

I was in the Hospital for 4 days and they were always checking on me seeing if I needed anything and very professional at my medical needs.every staff member on my floor was terrific.

Dr. Cates was very helpful, throughout my entire stay in the Emergency department. Very knowledgeable and intelligent professional. She was very genuine in my care and explained in great detail the protocol of my treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Cates as a professional doctor.
