The bank tellers at the drive thru lack customer service. This is still a drive thru bank even after the end of the pandemic. I could see the tellers laughing at my dad’s problems with the check from blue Cross and blue shield after my mother passed away a few weeks ago. The teller told him that he would have to make a estate account to cash or deposit the check. Which no one told us about. Not happy with them right now. I still bank with them, but they need to be retrained to better communicate with their customers.

I’m not one to frequently write reviews, but I was very shocked by all of the one star reviews and felt like I needed to! I have been a Wells Fargo customer my whole life, and I have come to this location three times. All of the tellers are incredibly kind and today I was able to chat with Darcy and and Nicole, they were both very helpful as dealt with some financial stuff I haven’t dealt with before. Will be back!

If you choose to go here, make sure it's the only thing you have that day. They are slower than the dmv!

Trying to pay my house payment and the people working there are to busy talking to each other.Instead of taking care of the customer.Normally they do great. But today, is some of the worse customer care I have ever witnessed. The one star is deserving.Remember when 3 or 4 of you are working the window and only 2 cars are being served. Take care of the customer.

A unique blend of incompetence and bureaucracy. I do not bank at Wells Fargo. My mother recently moved back to MN and we went down to add me to her account so I can pay bills, etc. After 4 visits, it is still not close to being done. On one visit, we were there an hour and walked out. Another time, it took a half hour to DEPOSIT a check. By that time, my 95 year old mother needed to use the restroom; we were told there was no public restroom but the sandwich shop across the street had a public restroom. The people there are friendly but do not seem to know what they are doing. The problem appears to be compounded by idiotic policies from Wells Fargo. I haven't moved the account (yet) because I keep thinking it is (eventually) going to be easier to add me to the account rather than switching over her bills, etc. I am tired of dealing with them.

Had to sit in line for over a hour and do a very large deposit thru the drive thru. Lines are horrible. People have lives and can't sit at the bank all day

Just updated this review 1/6/2021 as I received a call back and full cooperation from Wells Fargo Winona Branch. Thank you guys I understand things with pandemic business challenges would get tricky sometimes.OLD review: Called them 2 months ago to schedule appointment to see a banker, they took my name and phone number and said” we’ll call you back” and they never did!

Not a fan of Wells Fargo in general but every time I've been to this branch I've had a positive experience. Today it came to my attention that both Winona branches were closed but luckily this particular branch had someone working inside by appointment only. Oops! I felt bad immediately, but I desperately needed to have a form faxed to Education & Financial services and the lady working was willing to take care of that for me. I thought for sure I would be leaving there with my problem unsolved. Thank you for helping me!

I’ve gone into the bank twice now this week to have two separate Notary’s sign a document and both times they’ve filled it out incorrectly. It’s very inconvenient being I don’t live in town.

I had a check drawn from a major area business who uses Wells Fargo as their business account. Instead of cashing the check as a courtesy toward the account holder for a customer's reimbursement of funds I was charged $7.50 because Wells Fargo isn't my bank. Don't get taken, if you are not an account holder at Wells Fargo don't take a check from a Wells Fargo account...
