I get notifications monthly too pick up my meds. I drive 40 miles get there told I'm too early. The next day I get another notification, drive 40 miles pick up meds. Repeat next month. Walk into any other Walgreens walk out with meds.

Gave this business a 3 stars for the following reasons: As a worker: - I have worked here and the management is a joke & sits in the back (and gossips about workers) while workers do all the work for a paycheck that doesn't equate to the work they put in - They have a high turnover rate which leaves them short staffed (probably because of inadequate pay and lousy management) As a customer: - I have been on the phone for 20+ minutes with no one answering and eventually hanging up because I have other things to do throughout my day - poor communication between the pharmacy + their app + my insurance (which could just be my personal insurance issues) -lines at the pharmacy are ridiculously long (not the end of the world) -major miscommunications within their pharmacy wait times (I come in and am told 30 minutes then return and am told another 45 mins) The workers are doing their best considering their poor pay and poor management, give them better wages and replace the management.

The prices of the merchandise are very expensive for me and having to work with an alternate pharmacy for a simple transfer was not a positive experience. It would have been better for me to simply pay outright for what I needed instead of going through the red tape of having my insurance company help me.

Had a horrible experience here. Package was delivered here and 2 MANAGERS misplaced it, Emily and Gareth. Gareth had a nonchalant i-dont-care attitude and repeatedly kept telling me I was in the wrong that my package wasn't delivered there, even though the company directly told him that it was. I honestly believe he was attempting to steal my package, from Nike.com. I plan on speaking to the store manager about his demeanor towards the situation. I just suggest people be careful when it comes to dealing with this place.

I picked up my medication today and included in it's own bag with the leaflet stapled to it was another woman's medication. Her medication included was 30 pills of Duloxetine which included her full name and home address. This is a violation of HIPAA and I'm horrified at how careless this pharmacy has been with her medical information and with the medication they've been entrusted with refilling. I can't begin to imagine how this could have gone incredibly wrong if I had taken the wrong medication or dosage, or if a child had.This Walgreens location also does not refill prescriptions when requested it's common knowledge in our town, even from my doctors, that when requested in a refill it WILL NOT be refilled. I've requested days in advanced only to arrive and be told it's not filled and will be filled "in 20 minutes". Worried about this woman getting her medication on time, I brought this up to the pharmacist, she wrote it off as the pharmacy being "busy" in unprecedented times, but you can look back at these reviews 4+ years ago with the same complaints.The pharmacist did NOT take this issue seriously and said it was just a medication that got stuck to mine. But, this is a serious issue. Our medical information is private and protected by the law. I have reported this violation to Walgreens HQ. I will be switching pharmacies and never use Walgreens again. I'm disgusted by this gross negligence and privacy invasion.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They take ages to get a prescription filled and have messed up my insurance multiple times sending me in a wild goose chase to figure out what’s wrong only to see that it was their fault. I am currently waiting on medication to help with a nasty illness and I have to transfer it to lacrosse because I would like to start the medication asap and they will not pick up the phone and it’s still not filled hours later. Never go here

After waiting for almost 10 minutes for a cashier, she showed up with a mask on and her attitude and tone almost had us leave our goods and walk out. Ill never shop there again!

Taking over 2 days now to get a very commonly used prescription filled. Like what exactly am I suppose to do here? Call and listen to a voice recording yet again?

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy in a Winona for years... The other night I called to ask about a prescription and they hung up on me TEN times. Someone would pick it up and then slam it down every time I tried to call. I then called the store and the manager transferred me to the pharmacy. Once on the phone with the pharmacy staff, I asked why they kept hanging up on me and they ignored my question and asked me what I needed. I filled out a complaint through the Walgreens website and have yet to hear back several weeks later. Safe to say, I’ll be moving my medications to a store that respects their customers by not hanging up on them repeatedly.
