This review is based solely on my encounter with Bluff Country's office staff. Wendy the receptionist is extremely rude, and an overall unpleasant person to deal with. I'm sure that the vet staff is great, my only dealings with an absentee owner is worth Wendy. Honestly, I would not use this vet clinic again in the future based of of my dealings with the receptionist.
