Needed a new car key cut and programmed. In and out in about 10 mins. Service was phenomenal, and price was great too. Would of about cost me double most other places, and the fact they can do Mazda keys is a godsend in itself. Would definitely recommend for any lock or key issue. I've used them in the past when my keys got locked in the car, and was also top quality across the board then. ??

Excellent knowledgeable service at an incredible price! I picked them because we use them at work, and I was impressed. Lost my only key for my truck golfing and they made me 2 new ones, and will reprogram my old one for free if I find it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic business. Always helpful, great turn around time and very fair prices.
I recently had them repair a broken keyless entry lock that would have cost $250+ to replace.
They easily could have just sold me a new lock set. Instead they were able to source parts that aren't even available anymore, they had it fixed within a couple of hours and charged me less than $30 for the repair. I will continue going to them for all my lock/key needs.

Would highly recommend this business. I’ve been going to them for a few years but more recently and they offer great service in a timely matter. They will keep copies of your key on file if need be. Always polite and answer questions when I have them. Helped me save a good bit of money over the years and sometimes when the owner is there he remembers my name even tho he’s only met me a few times. Also Nate that works there has been super polite and helpful. 5 stars to this local business!

I would very highly recommend this business to anybody. He made an attempt to repair an old lock and was unsuccessful and he didn't charge me for the time he put into my lock because he didn't get the job done. That is above and beyond. I can tell you right now you can trust that guy with your life and I've never met him before. I've been getting locks rekeyed for over 40 years and he certainly could have charged me for his efforts and blamed my old lock.

I had to have a spare key for my vehicle programmed. I went in to Tom’s to get it programmed and they took care of it in under five minutes. Not only did they just program one of my spare keys but they did it for a third key I had, without charge (saved me $30). They also added a battery to my fob that cost me five dollars. The guy that helped me was also really nice and friendly. If you have a problem with anything with a key, I’m sure Tom’s can take care of it no problem! If I could give them a sixth star, I would.

Tom’s Lock- Nate and Sean (Shawn?) -Thank you so much for the great price on the key fob, programming it so that it works for my car, and cutting the actual key as well! These guys are so kind and helpful, patient, and provided great service with my car key situation (willing to come in during hours they weren’t even scheduled to work to help me with this, since I work almost the same hours they are open normally and I live an hour away!)
