I have been notified by the IRS that my taxes were misfiled as I trusted Becky Erdman to file correctly with all paperwork she needed in order to do so. She completely missed a full page of work that needed to be filed and I am now facing a huge penalty with the IRS. I was not walked through my paperwork after filing and my mistake was not asking to do so as I have trusted her for 3 years to properly file but so many steps were not taken on her end to properly do so. I am so disappointed with this awful mistake I will have to pay for.

Called asking for advice about how to obtain my 2nd stimulus check I never received. Not willing to give me information because I didnt file my taxes through them. Very rude and unhelpful.
