“I have been going to the Winona Post Office for over a decade. The front-line staff are ALWAYS friendly and hard-working even in the face of long lines of people who have places to go.As I wait in line, I have ALWAYS observed others receiving courteous service even when the customers are not courteous. Sometimes the lines are long and there is only one person on duty, but it isn't the fault of those who work in the front. These are staffing issues.One other point: my postal delivery woman is also amazing. Always.Thank you, Winona Post Office, for the hard work you do day in and day out.Lora”
