Evidently new customers are not wanted at this salon. Showed up for my appointment today and Shannon was not there...coworker said she was sick. Got home and Shannon had texted 30 min before appt with a different excuse. Was asked to reschedule....but haven't heard back to confirm. Not a good 1st impression...will go elsewhere.

Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but with the very little information I gave Shannon she literally did a work of art on my hair! Shannon is a miracle worker. I shy away from salons because I've always had at best mediocre experiences. She was able to grasp my "style" and personality very quickly so I ended up with a great style the very first appointment. I once dreaded the time a color, cut, and style would take but now I look forward to that time. I cannot wait to see what is next for Pin Up.
