I had business with t mobile and Verizon in the past, this experience was exceptional. He was friendly very professional competent and knowledgeable. Usually these kind of ppl talk so fast and confuses you, I felt they even talk down to you, just want your money, but this manager took the time to explain things thoroughly and didn’t mind repeat, so we were able to make informed decisions. The best the most pleasant experience I ever had with phone shopping and ended up buying $50+ case because he knows and explains everything!!”

“I have just had the most wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store in Winona Minnesota. I am a 76 year-old recently widowed woman who is very distraught about almost everything and after a horrible experience with the T-Mobile stand inside the Costco store in Rochester on Sunday I have been without any communication for several days while I waited for the equipment to arrive somehow there in efficiency and lack of expert Left me without a phone 1500 miles away from home while I was trying to arrange a surgical procedure back in Virginia.this mobile store in Winona, however, with Jake at the helm assisted by Gabriel And Ian has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I am saying that as someone who is nearly phobic when it comes to, any kind of device that requires a brain I’m very grateful to them and look forward to new adventures in learning with my brand new phone and my new watch hats off to Winona. “It's a clean and well maintained store. Nothing special, nothing bad either. You give them money and you get something in return. Tthe items are usually well stocked, even after the supply chain was upended by Covid. I strongly suspect the low stars are simply due to the small population of Winona and the bias toward reviewing negative when you're upset, but doing nothing when you're satisfied. Plus, like I said, it's a store. No one goes bananas when stores perform as expected.”

Also, they did offer me to get home internet plan, which I told that I just moved here, and I looked it was not available in the area, they said can use my old address it'll work with the plan so I brought it the package home and gave it try, yes it works!
