I got a fill done on my acrylic nails 7/29/2024 and I had her do a pink French tip and it was just horrible I kept asking her to make it more curved cause the line was just straight across the nail. Then I had her add chrome to it which I’ve had done before and looked great but it looked so bad so then I just wanted all my nails pink. At the end it still wasn’t very satisfied but I was ready to go and didn’t want to make her fix it again. Right after I got home two of my nails were chipped…. Not happy with my first experience there :(

My wife is too sweet to say anything, but I’ll definitely say something for her. Be careful, they’ll just slap acrylic nails on crooked with a ton of glue. They don’t care about quality here so be careful ladies.

always liked the nails went on frid. different lady usually 1 hr. was done in30 min.looks like a kid did my nails,going on trip and trusted they woud be nice.today sunday chipped aready.

Went to get my nails done yesterday! I did the pedicure and manicure service! I enjoyed everything! The atmosphere, music, and beyond pleasant employees.
My nails came out how I wanted! I had to change the design I had in mind because it was going to cost more, but the owner let me know how much and let me proceed with what I wanted within my budget! The transparency was awesome, and the new design is gorgeous!
I will definitely be recommendending and booking again in the future!

I went to luxury nails on May 6th I had Anna do may nails, they were shaped nicely as i asked and she polished them nicely as well, However!!! she cut 3 of my cuticles till they bleed with her nail drill thing and it burned a lot. And she also did not put on a top coat so my nails will peel off. She only cured them under the light 1 time so they are a little sticky. I was hoping that would be a good place to go, but i think they cut too many corners to save money.

Tammy and her husband run a great business! Tammy does a great job and gets you in and out and out easily, quickly, and it always looks great. My nails have never looked better!

Hubby and I went for the first time today to get pedicures and a full set. When we walked in we were immediately greeted, you fill out basic information and then we were taken to the back area for pedicures. First impressions, it was stunning and so warm and welcoming. You literally can't not relax, the music that was played was so mellow and fit the vibe perfectly. I wish I'd have caught the name of the lady who did my nails because I'd love to shout her out. I believe she's the owner and she's so funny, very kind and she gave me so great advice for my nails She talks you through everything and won't do anything without making sure you know the pricing for that service or add on - she also won't proceed unless you acknowledge and agree that's what you'd like to do. She was also so kind and did a design free of charge on 2 of my nails since it was my first time their and her hand is so steady and she's so quick without making a mistake - I just can't say enough good things about this woman! We will definitely be coming again (especially any place that can handle taking care of my husband's feet is a winner in my book ?)

Luxury Nails is my go-to salon for nail dipping. I went to several other salons in Winona and LaCrosse and had various issues. Since I started going to Tammy my nails have never looked better! I appreciate her attention to detail and her understanding of shaping nails correctly for each person. I am extremely hard on my nails and they hold up great with the products she uses. The salon is warm, friendly, clean and nicely decorated. Great experience every time!

Rude lady who did nails. I wanted French but they were horrible and uneven. Did a basic color was off and chipped in a week. Guy there was very nice and helpful. Clean place but will not be back.

Update after response. Very rude, as noted by their response.
I came in with a great French on my nails, nails were great. Now horrible after your salon touched them. I get my nails done every 2 weeks as I get horrible hang nails. Lady barely cleaned nail beds too.
I’m recovery from an injury with all my time resting , this not hard on my nails this week.

Great lady, super nice husband, and a very clean place! But… she said my nails were dry. They seemed to be dry to touch. Now after 15 minutes my toes look like complete crap! They were all smooth and shiny when i left now smudged and look terrible! I hope they liked my donation of $87 (including tip). I left all happy and excited that I found a new pedi place just to be disappointed and having to go spend more money. Plus looking at this photo it is not just the polish that is messed up. I went back about 35 minutes after I was done and they were closed. I also hoped that they might have a voicemail option to leave a message, but they didn’t. The google maps said open til 7 pm. I understand that it was slow so that was not a big deal. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed. $128 pedi today… not very happy ( $87 at the first place with tip and $41 with tip at the second)??? The photo is terrible but looking at it up close just makes me more upset. The polish not only smudged but my cuticle look like I went to a chop shop.

When I called it rang and rang. There was not a beep to leave a message. I attemped to get ahold of you. Maybe you should change your cure time because clearly the gel polish smudged. There shouldn’t be any confusion since i told you when I booked and when I got there about the type of pedicure I wanted along with gel polish. It’s ok though. I will not be returning and will not be referring anyone here. I will actually let them know they should steer clear!
