Julie is always one of the friendliest people around. They are a little expensive but because they offer one of a kind gift ideas, can personalize it within hours and they are locally-owned and operated it is totally worth it.

We were on our way home from a overnight in LaCrosse. We drove through Winona and thought we would see what shops were open. As we drove by La Boutique we saw someone out front and going in to the store. It was Julie the owner and she mentioned she wasn't open but we could come and look. Cute and darling shop, yes I said “cute and darlingâ€, I've learned 2 key words from shopping with my wife and mother in law. My wife bought 2 dresses and some jewelry and my mother in law bought a top as well. Next time we're through Winona we will stop. Nice lines of clothing, well made and fit well.
