9:05 pm sunday 11/8/20 cashier lady was very rude and should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Interaction with the customers is a polite thing to do and if you cant do it then get a different job!

Amazing workers, great products, not enforcing your mask rule. Despite Menards terrible products they at least enforced rules without restrictions. What you guys did was open everything immediately and when we got the mask rule all you did was put up a sign with social distancing stickers people don't listen to. I know an employee named Sandy. She serves samples and probably works kitchen, she's really good at her job and is nice to me and my family. I strongly recommend giving her a raise or a bonus for what she does.

I showed up at 11:59 to get my pregnant wife a smoothie from the new machine because she had the cravings lol. But then it turned 12 before I opened my door. I drove closer to the front door and I notice it's a worker that works most nights. So then we made eye contact and I walked in and I asked if I could get a smoothie and he said yes that is no problem!! That is great service and thank you!
